Practice of Chastity#1
The practice of chastity is a superb behaviour which means to conduct more strictly in accordance with the practices of Buddhism to prevent the growth of defilements until all defilements are vanished by passing through the processions according to the levels of the mind.
Patience # 1
The word patience came from “kunti”, which means you can still maintain your normal life with the conflict of desirable and undesirable things
Contentment # 1
Contentment means “happiness with oneself and one’s possessions.” More precisely, it means becoming satisfied with what you have
Openness to Criticism # 2
Some people will wish for success in the most evil things. For example, some want to get rich, so they become a drug dealer, smuggling heroin, or gambling
Abstaining from Unwholesomeness # 2
means: being ashamed of unwholesomeness. Even if others don’t see what we are doing, but we bear still witness to our own unwholesome deeds it will cause us to be discontent

A pig content to wallow in dung: Indulging in sensual pleasures is rather like a pig, which spends all its life wallowing in the warm mud and dung of its pigsty because it thinks that this is the ultimate happiness.
